We produce fineblanked and stamped parts in e.g. steel or aluminium in various sizes and in a material thickness of up to 15 mm, including in stainless steel.

Our items are produced on over 40 modern fineblanking machines with press capacities ranging from 800 to currently 36.000 kN. The result: fineblanked parts with virtually parallel cut surfaces and surface finishes ranging from Ra 0.4 to 1.5 µm. The tolerances are determined mainly by the chosen material thickness and quality. They meet the requirements for ISA qualities 6 to 8.
